CHRISTIAN EDUCATION NEWS

The Friends of Jesus Ministry is designed to give young children (ages three to 1st grade) a first impression of their loving heavenly Father. The lessons keep it simple and fun, repeating one basic truth about God all month long.

God made me. God loves me. Jesus wants to be my friend forever. That's what we want tucked in their hearts. We know you want that too. As we get on the children's level to play with them, we promise to love and serve as Jesus would, according to their unique ages, abilities, and preferences.

"Friends of Jesus" meets in the Preschool classroom of the lower level Education Building on Sundays during the 10:55 service. Two scheduled workers bring the children to the sanctuary for a brief children's sermon. Snack and juice are provided.
